Why did the client approach us?
In order to make competitive offers in certain customer situations, the client required access to offshore capabilities and asked us to facilitate the setup of a corresponding partnership.
How did we address the challenge?
We collected the requirements for a potential offshore partner and for the partnership management, and drawing on our broad experience in selecting providers, developed a selection process and a list of potential partners. We then managed the selection process with the client, and assisted in the negotiation of the partnership contract, including terms and conditions as well as management mechanisms.

Sourcing projects provide a broad overview of product and services markets and deep insights into relationships between buyers and suppliers as well as into their respective strategies.
